Black Lives Matter Update

On May 25th 2020, the unlawful murder of George Floyd in Minneapolis shone a global light on the systematic discrimination of Black people internationally. It forced us as a business and as individuals to reflect on how we can implement some changes to support and elevate Black people, and released a statement to outline our commitment to do so.

Since then we have been working on long term tangible plans across our business, both externally and internally. These include recruitment, training and charity contributions in addition to other areas. We will be making these plans public in due course, but wanted to update what was happening in the background in the meantime.
