How do I get to Printworks?


By Underground and Overground:
Canada Water (Jubilee Line and Overground), then a 5 minute walk
Rotherhithe (Overground), then a 10 minute walk
Surrey Quays (Overground), then a 10 minute walk.

By Bus:
Numbers 381, P12, 47, 188 and C10 stop near the venue.

By Rail:
London Bridge (5 minutes via taxi).

What’s the best way to travel home from Printworks?

The Jubilee Line runs 24 hours on Friday and Saturday nights from Canada Water. We have a designated pick up point on site for Uber and private hire cars, and a taxi rank. Printworks provides no public parking.

What is Printworks’ entrance policy?

A mandatory searching policy is in place to protect the safety of everyone on the Printworks site, to comply with the rules of site entrance. All persons entering the venue are also governed by the licence conditions and are liable for searches by security staff.

What is Printworks’ drug policy?

Printworks operates a zero tolerance drug policy. Searches will be in operation and this is a condition of entry to the venue. Any customer concerns over any part of the search will be discussed individually and the process explained by staff. The customer can refuse and leave the venue at any point should they not wish to continue with the search.

Where can I get drinking water?

You can ask for free drinking water at any of the bars located within the venue.

Does Printworks have lockers?

The venue has lockers which can be used for a fee and deposit.

What should I do if I feel unwell whilst at Printworks?

Please make a member of staff aware and they will direct you to the Welfare and Medic Area.

Can I bring my prescription medicine into Printworks?

Yes. However, this will be held by our medics until you leave Printworks.

What forms of ID do you accept?

We only accept a valid passport, foreign national ID cards, driving license or home office approved PASS hologram as identification and/or proof of age.

Where can I find the set times?

We’ll have the finalised times displayed on all bars and throughout Printworks on the day of the event. Please note that set times are always subject to change.

I can’t find my ticket confirmation email - what should I do?

Please email your ticket provider as this will vary from show to show.

I’m a local resident and want to get in touch with someone during events. Who can I call?

We have a staffed phone line during events – the number is 07561 099844. We ask that you send a text first and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.

Can I take my own food and drink into the venue?

No food can be taken into Printworks, but we have great food traders and bars within the venue.

Can I smoke at Printworks?

Within the outside smoking area, yes.

What is your re-entry policy?

Once you have entered the covered space there is no re-entry to Printworks.

Please talk to a member of staff who will be fully trained in how best to respond to your situation.

Can I pay with cards at the venue? Are there ATMs?

We do not have ATMs at Printworks. You can pay by debit and credit card at all of our bars and food concessions.

Can I purchase a Control Room upgrade ticket on the day?

Yes, you can purchase these (if still available) from the Box Office located within the site before the entry lanes.
