Printworks is anything but a traditional convention centre, but we’re proud to be able to offer a variety of plug and play packages to suit our different clients’ needs. Plug and play packages
Our venue package options include all staffing and production, allowing our clients to focus on the content of the event itself while we do all the legwork. Whether it’s a conference, awards ceremony, dinner or party, we can provide a clear package with a cost per head or DDR.

Case Study | Privitar In:Confidence 2019
Privitar wanted a unique and immersive space in which to inspire ideas and drive conversation.
In:Confidence 2019 is a one-day extravaganza of discussion and debate, exploring the new age of data privacy, lead by the pioneers at the forefront of the analytics and big data community.
Held at Printworks in April 2019, In:Confidence featured impactful keynotes, interactive panels, in-depth case studies, and a window into the academic research powering the industry.
Privitar used two spaces within Printworks – HSBC and Reel Storage. Hosting the main plenary in Reel Storage, over 400 attendees were seated in cabaret style. HSBC’s vast space was used to house several art installations, smaller breakouts areas and catering and networking spaces.
Vibration Design and Production provided all of the production for this event, including impactful, futuristic lighting and the installation of a 3D sculpture in the centre of the room, which the client added their own 3D projections onto.

Case study | H&M x Moschino
Jeremy Scott, creative director of Moschino, released a limited edition collection for H&M. Described as: “Cartoon couture mixed with a streetwear vibe doused with hip hop worthy amounts of bling bling to create a totally Moschino look,” there was huge hype ahead of the launch, which the clients wanted to reflect in their event.
With guests queueing outside Printworks for hours ahead of time, the client, no stranger to creating quirky aesthetics, used the space to fantastic effect. The urban, gritty backdrop of the Press Halls worked perfectly with the collection, with the bright Moschino colours popping against the dark industrial background.
The event featured numerous inflatable activations – a monster, giant flamingos and the famous HM Moschino TV, erected as a bouncy castle – providing guests with the perfect ‘instagramable’ moment.
