Dear Guests, 

First of all, a massive thanks to you all for your patience and understanding during this process. It has taken longer than we ever anticipated, but now following our last update, we are finally pleased to announce the new 2021 dates for our rescheduled Spring Summer 20 season. We have endeavoured to recreate the exact same shows and line-ups where possible, but have unfortunately had to cancel Solomun & Major Toms. 

We’re really looking forward to welcoming back those who can join us, and for those who are unable to, refunds will be available. During this time, we would like to appeal to the Printworks community and those who can afford to do so, to join us for the new dates. Our industry has been badly affected by COVID-19, and the support of our guests is important for the future of all, including artists, promoters, labels, suppliers and freelancers, all of which rely on the support of our industry. 

As an additional sign of our appreciation for you sticking with us we will be offering all existing ticket holders, who hold on to their tickets, a bar tab to the value of £10. We realise that this will not be possible for everyone, and will of course provide refunds to those who require them. 

2021 may seem distant right now, but this is an opportunity to look ahead to better times, where we can once again create cherished dance-floor memories, surrounded by friends.

Key Information for all dates (excluding Solomon & Major Toms):

  1. All existing tickets will automatically be transferred to the new date. All existing ticket holders will also receive a bar tab to the value of £10 to use on the night. 
  2. If you’re unable to attend the new date, and would like a refund:
    1. Refund applications can be made via the form HERE.
    2. You have until 5pm on Tuesday 23rd June to apply for your refund. 
    3. Refunds will be processed by Wednesday 8th July.

 

Key Information for Solomun & Major Toms:

  • Credit to the value of your ticket (+ booking fee) will be added to your account on or before 10th July and can then be redeemed against any other upcoming show (with tickets remaining).
  • All existing ticket holders will also receive a bar tab to the value of £10 to use on the night.
  • If you’re unable to attend an alternative show within 12 months, and would like a refund:
      1. Refund applications can be made via the form HERE.
      2. You have until 5pm on Tuesday 23rd June to apply for your refund. 
      3. Refunds will be processed by Wednesday 8th July.
  • If you are unable to redeem your credit within 12 months, your refund will be automatically processed at the end of the term.
