The main event was held in the Press Halls, the venue’s iconic central space, complete with original press machinery. Seating for 450 attendees was set along the length of the halls, with flown banners and a hybrid conference stage set up at the front of the space.

The team made great use of the venue’s other spaces: Publishing and Vanway hosted food and drink, breakout spaces and an exhibition. Displays were designed around steel scaffolds, allowing flexible presentations that reflected the company’s ideals of clarity and accessibility. Nearby, a talks platform provided a more intimate setting for panel discussions. Networking continued outside, with British flavours served fresh from London’s only Ice Cream Cab. The conference was a great example of how to reimagine corporate events as relevant and accessible gatherings: welcoming, inspiring and professional in equal measure.
